How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to respond to every email within 48 hours on business days. During busy periods it may take slightly longer, but we read everything that comes in and we will get back to you.
How do I report a bug or technical issue?
Email drift@setadrift.com with the subject line "Bug Report" and include what happened, what you expected, your device and OS version, and a screenshot if possible. The more detail you provide, the faster we can investigate.
How can I request a new feature?
We love hearing what you want to see in Set Adrift. Send your idea to drift@setadrift.com with the subject "Feature Request." We track every suggestion and prioritize based on how many people ask for the same thing.
Do you accept partnership or collaboration inquiries?
Yes. If you are interested in partnering with Set Adrift — whether for content, events, brand collaborations, or integrations — email us with the subject "Partnership" and a brief description of what you have in mind.
How do I reach you for press or media inquiries?
For press, interviews, or media coverage, email drift@setadrift.com with the subject "Press Inquiry." Include your outlet, deadline, and what you are working on and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
How do I delete my account or request my data?
You can delete your account directly from your profile settings in the app. For data export requests or privacy-related questions, email us with the subject "Privacy Request" and we will handle it promptly.
